Mole, no matter the style is a labor of love and the process includes A LOT of steps, depending on the recipe can have up to 100 ingredients! In other words, you can say -- we LOVE yall! :) This sauce is rich, & deeply flavorful, made with dried chiles, sesame seeds, garlic, raisins, chocolate, and warm spices. It is a little sweet & very savory, & of course, with some heat to excite your senses. Traditionally served with chicken, we simmer white & dark meat in this sauce, serve with Mexican rice & flour tortillas.
