Typically made with pork, but my mom would make for me with chicken & extra veggies cuz we healthy 🙂 Protein packed w/ chicken breast, tomatillas, poblano peppers, spinach, bell pepper an array of spices. This delicious Mexican soup offers a rich, comforting taste reminiscent of classic red pozole but much lighter, JUST like my momma makes it. <3
