Alright, Dopefam, let’s talk about the real MVP of body recomposition: calorie cycling. Now, it’s important to note that calorie cycling isn’t the ONLY way to recomp, but it’s a great, tried and true way to achieve it. Calorie cycling is all about strategically adjusting your calorie intake throughout the week. Here’s how it works:
